RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You have 30 days to exchange or return your items after receiving your order.

To do so, please first  e-mail us at info@ip217.com

Please note that, except local shipments , the worldwide  shipment fees will not be refunded.

We only accept returns if the items not used and the tags are still attached.

Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be resent to the buyer.Return shipping costs will not payed by IP 217 ACC./ART

When returning an item, please make sure you send us the invoice back as well and also please mention your order number.

If you notice a defect on one of the item,please send us an a-mail at info@ip217.com with a photo of the defect to request an exchange or a refund, IP 217 ACC./ART will pay the shipping costs the return of defected items. If you would like to arrange an exchange fort he faulty items, please note that it can only be replaced fort he same product in the same size, subject to availability.If the item can be repaired, we will get it repaired and send it back to the customer.
